STILL IN EFFECT
All adult soccer players are required to be "carded" with a soccer ID card produced by the Maryland SoccerPlex & Discovery Sports Center. Only carded and rostered players are permitted to play in any match. To get your card:
- Come to the Discovery Sports Center front office
- Bring a photo ID and $5.00
- Bring the completed waiver form (linked below)
- PLAYER CARD POLICY

In an attempt to make the player card process easier, you must fill out our new 2012 waiver, show some form of ID like their drivers license and bring your old player card, and pay $5 to receive your new card. Just as important, everyone needs to come in between 9am and 7pm for those who have not taken care of this matter. Anyone needing a new card please have them call us before coming in to make sure we can take care of their card at the appropriate time and we don’t “shut down” the card printer!!
Finally, please understand that anyone trying to get a card 15 minutes before the game probably will not be playing !!! (So please pass on this information to your teammates!!!!)
