Game Times:
- U9-U14 - 7:00a.m - 8:00p.m (Saturdays & Sundays)
- U15-U17 - 7:00p.m - 8:30p.m (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
Cost:
- $740 per team
- $80 per player (We will combine players who do not have teams to make a house team)*

Age Groups & Birthdays:
- U09-10 - August 1, 1999 - July 31, 2001
- U11-12 - August 1, 1997 - July 31, 1999
- U13-14 - August 1, 1995 - July 31, 1997
- U15-17 - August 1, 1992 - July 31, 1995
Required Paperwork:
- Youth Roster Form ( ALL teams must submit this form )
- Youth Waiver Form ( ALL players must submit this form. All forms must be originals, no fax or scanned copies )
- Proof of Age ( ALL players must submit Proof of Age. Can be a copy of a birth certificate, Passport or MSYSA or US Club Soccer playing card ).
Submitting Paperwork
- Two registration nights will be held for Session 1 Indoor...this is for all teams who have already submitted their team’s application along with payment.
- Registration nights are TBD, at the Discovery Sports Center
- During this time, teams should bring the team roster and waivers and proof of age for all players. (Registration held inside the Discovery Sports Center, paperwork may be submitted prior to these dates if you have collected the appropriate information from your team.
