Game Times:

• U09-U14 - 7:00a.m - 8:00p.m (Saturdays & Sundays)
• U15-U17 - 7:00p.m - 8:30p.m (Tuesdays & Thursdays)

Cost:

• $760 per team

Leagues & Days Played:

• U09/10 Boys or Girls (Saturdays and/or Sundays)
• U11/12 Boys or Girls (Saturdays and/or Sundays)
• U13/14 Boys or Girls (Saturdays and/or Sundays)
• U15-U17 Girls (Tuesdays)
• U15-U17 Boys (Thursdays)

Level of Play:

• NCSL 1-3
• NCSL 4-6 / Classic
• WAGS 1-3
• WAGS 4-6 / Classic
• Recreation

Age Groups & Birthdays:

• U09-10 - August 1, 2001 - July 31, 2003
• U11-12 - August 1, 1999 - July 31, 2001
• U13-14 - August 1, 1997 - July 31, 1999
• U15-17 - August 1, 1994 - July 31, 1997 (Attn Session 2 participants - all players must be 14 years old when the league kicks off, so they must fit within the listed age range)

 Required Paperwork

• Youth Roster Form ( ALL teams must submit this form )
• Youth Waiver Form ( ALL players must submit this form.  All forms must be originals, no fax or scanned copies )
• Proof of Age  ( ALL players must submit Proof of Age.  Can be a copy of a birth certificate, Passport or MSYSA or US Club Soccer playing card ). 

Submitting Paperwork 

• SESSION 1 & 2: All paperwork must be submitted prior to the start of the league. There will be a registration night, which teams may turn in all required paperwork. This date and time will be determined at a later date. (This is for all teams who have already submitted their team’s application along with payment and have received an acceptance email.)
• During this time, teams should bring the team roster and waivers and proof of age for all players.
