The Maryland SoccerPlex is proud to announce that it has partnered with the Washington Freedom Goalkeeping staff to offer a GK Clinic this Winter! 

Freedom goalkeeper coach, Nicci Wright, will lead the clinics.

Players of all levels are encouraged to register.  New players will learn basic fundamentals and experienced players will fine-tune their skills. 

Skills Taught:

• handling shots/ball gymnastics 
• reaction time
• distribution
• diving
• crosses
• break-aways
• balance
• communication
• footwork and plyometrics

Cost for 7-week Clinic (one class per week):

• 8-12 years old - $160/player

What to Bring:

• goalkeeper gloves
• soccer ball
• water
• Turf shoes or sneakers (no cleats)
• goalkeeper jersey and shorts - optional

Location:

• On the indoor soccer fields inside the Discovery Sports Center

About the Instructor:

• Nationally Licensed Coach
• Washington Freedom GK Coach

Size of Clinic:

• A minimum of 4 players are required to hold the program
• Classes will contain no more than 12 players

Registration and Refund Policy:

• Registration Form (PDF) or Register Online
• Refund requests must be submitted prior to the first class
• If request is made prior to the first class, a refund will be given minus a $50 non-refundable administrative fee
• After first class, no refunds are given
• Refunds are not provided for missed classes
